Manufacturing
One factory, one roof, every stage
Fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, dyeing, inspection and packing — all under one roof in Hapur, India. Here is exactly how a bulk order moves through our unit.
Fabric sourcing & inward QC
Crepe, chiffon, malik fabric, georgette, jersey and wool blends bought directly from mills. Every roll is checked for weight, colour fastness and GSM differences before cutting.
Cutting
Industrial cutting tables and ply-marking ensure the same fit across a full bulk run. Marker planning keeps fabric wastage below 4% on standard styles.
Stitching line
Dedicated lines for abayas, burkhas and scarves run lockstitch, overlock and flat-bed units. Sections are trained for the specific finish of each garment type.
Embroidery & embellishment
Machine and hand embroidery, zari, sequin and ribbon work carried out by specialist artisans — the detail that makes modest fashion feel premium.
Dyeing & finishing
Piece dyeing, garment washing and steam finishing bring colour and drape to specification. Shades are matched against retained grey cards from your approved sample.
Stage-wise QC
Inspection at fabric, stitching, finishing, embroidery and packing stages. Rejected pieces are cut out before cartoning, not after.
Export packing
Poly bagging, size-wise shipping marks and export cartons. Single carton or container load, sea/air/courier — dispatch happens on the promised date.
Dispatch & documentation
Invoice, packing list, and country-specific documentation prepared by our export desk so the goods clear smoothly at your port.
Production capacity
Built for bulk & repeat orders
We plan capacity around confirmed orders, so a single wholesale order never stalls the line. Current monthly capacity comfortably exceeds ten thousand finished pieces, and tradition-heavy styles (plain abayas, classic burkhas) run fastest.
A factory visit
See the line before you commit
Buyers are welcome to audit our Hapur unit in person before placing bulk business. Suppliers who let you check the floor before invoices are usually the suppliers worth keeping.
